◈ Payment Procedure
1. Login with your ID and PW on our website.
2. Click “Go to Registration Page” menu
3. Fill out the Registration form and click ‘Submit’ button
4. Methods of payment
① Credit Card : Payment by credit card is available through the on-line system
② Bank Transfer : Please deposit registration fee into the account of IMSD 2014 – ACMD 2014 after
applying for Bank Transfer through the on-line system
5. Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within a week upon the completion of the
payment.

◈ Methods of payment
Please read carefully before proceeding registration.
1. Credit Card Payment
Ⅰ. On-line
- Card payment is available through the on-line system.
- On-line payment system would run properly only with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
- Please confirm your payment receipt provided by your card vendor.
Ⅱ. Off-line
- Off-line credit card payment should be used only when the attempt of online payment
fails for unresolvable reasons.
- Download and fill in the form (listed below) and send it to the secretariat either by fax
or email (Fax:+82-2-501-3649 / E-mail: ksmeb@ksme.or.kr).
For the proper process of the payment handwritten signature is necessary at the
bottom of the form.

- Domestic participants: Only BC, KB, KEB, Shinhancredit cards are acceptable for
domestic participants.
- International participants: Only Visa, Master, JCB and CUB Card are acceptable for
international participant. Amex Card is not acceptable.
- Payment Statement is provided only with BC card. Other credit card users should
make requests for payment statement to their credit card providers.
2. Bank Transfer
Ⅰ. Bank transfer should be made to the account shown below.

Ⅲ. Confirmation email will be sent to you within three weeks upon the receipt of the
remittance information.
Ⅳ. All bank charges for remittance should be paid by the registrants.

Ⅲ. Confirmation email will be sent to you within three weeks upon the receipt of the

◈ Cancellation and Refund Policy
For the refund of registration fee the cancellation request in writing should be received by the secretariat no later than June 1, 2014. Only the cancellation request in writing (via e-mail or fax) will be accepted.
The cancellation fee(Bank charges for remittance, Cancelation fee of credit card payment) will be charged for the refund. And There would be no refund to any cancellation request received after June 1, 2014.
