Guideline for Oral Presentations

The followings are a few guidelines to assist you with your presentation.

1.Presentation Time and Allotment

• 20 minutes for each oral presentation including Q&A
• 40 minutes for each Keynote Lecture including Q&A

2.Presentation File

• We expect the Presentation slides be made in MS PowerPoint format for smooth operation.
• All Presenters are recommended to bring the presentation file in the flash memory and transfer it to the master computer in the designated session room before the session start.

3.Session Room Equipment

• The session room is equipped with a master computer with Window OS for all presentations.
• We recommend not to use personal laptop in order to avoid any compatibility issues with the projector in session room and to save the time for changing cable connection.
  *If you wish to present with your own laptop, please notify the session staff much earlier than your presentation and check if it is compatible well with system. In case of Apple PC, do not forget to bring the proper adapter and cables.
